Compassionate !!! My mature client's air conditioning went out in this Texas heat. Called the installing Experts a local company. They said " YES, unit is in warranty. You will have to pay for parts and labor PRIOR to us ordering parts and doing the work " CALLED TEXAS AIR they were out promptly with replacement parts and repaired. Client was not ask to pay until work was completed. Texas Air is knowledgeable, prompt, fair pricing,and only a phone call away. Ask for Tim if you need service.

I have used Texas Air for years. Will not use any one else. They are honest and trust worthy. I have left the key to my house many times if I could not be there and would do it again. They are great at what they do. If your trading with others and not happy give them a call. On second thought you might try them next time and compare. You will be pleasantly surprised.
